Kenect promotes a healthy and clean lifestyle and we look to limit our carbon footprint as much as possible. There are no recycling trash chutes on each floor. Please bring recycling to Level M or see a team member for additional help.
Guests can pay via credit card to park in the garage. Future members parking validated upon exit when touring.
Resident Members can submit a work order via the resident portal 24 hours a day.

Bark park is a very unique feature we provide for your furry friends. We will provide dog waste bags and receptacle stations, and the park is kept clean daily! We require all members to be responsible pet owners and pick up after your pets. All pets must always be leashed on property. Failure to do so will result in a fine. All dogs and service animals must be registered with the front office before using the park. To register your animal please submit a photo, updated vaccination paperwork, and pet fees.
All trash must be bagged and placed down the chute on your floor. We recycle cardboard, plastic and aluminum, which must be broken down and brought to receptacles on Level M. There are not recycling trash chutes on each floor. Please bring recycling to Level M or see a team member for additional help.
Kenect offers white glove package delivery services which residents are automatically opted into. Our Kenect Concierge team delivers direct to your apartment. Should you opt out or need your package upon arrival, resident members have access to the package room on Level 1 at any time.
Electricity, water, sewer, waste, pest control and common area utilities are processed through a third-party utility billing company, in arrears, based on consumption and an algorithm calculation. Applicable parking, pet, membership, internet, application, administration and storage fees are billed in addition to market rent through the resident portal.
Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am every day. Please call non-emergency police to report disturbances or alert concierge or patrol guard at front desk to assist.
Word of mouth is our best form of advertisement. If you have a friend who is wanting to live here at Kenect make sure they mention your name on the application. Referrals and incentives change monthly, see a team member for more details.
You can renew your lease 75-90 days prior to lease expiration upon receipt of a renewal invitation. The Leasing team will assist you through the online process. Moving out of town? Please be mindful your lease requires a 60-day notice to vacate; failure to do so will result in automatic Month to Month status with an additional monthly premium, per your lease contract.
